My journey of self-healing began in 2012 when I was overcoming & struggling with addiction. I knew deep down that there was an energy within me that I could use and draw on to free me from the grip of the physical, mental & spiritual battle within me.

After incredible and life changing treatments through Reiki & plant medicines, I knew I was called to help others heal their body and use the empath & intuitive gifts I had been given 

 to help others too.

My passion for the mind, body, spirit connect in life combined with my love of traveling and learning, has enabled me to now offer a broad spectrum of services to suit each person on their own path of healing & self discovery.
